Range Extender:
Battery incl. holder for the vehicle variants STEEREON C20, C25 & C30. The range extender is mounted on the top tube of the frame. The frame can be drilled and riveted at our premises in Cologne.
If you have ordered the "preparation for range extender" directly with your STEEREON , you can easily install the range extender yourself. All you have to do is loosen two screws.

Specifying the wheel size of your STEEREON helps us to identify which model you have. This allows us to supply you directly with the right battery.
Models up to and including year of manufacture 2022 (S20, S25, C20 and C25) have 16 inches at the front and 12 inches at the rear. Models built in 2022 and later (C20-II and C30) have 18 inches at the front and 14 inches at the rear.
Delivery is made within five working days.

Alternatively, collection in Cologne is also possible. This is free of charge. However, it is essential to make an appointment.

In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a 12-month warranty as standard. If you wish, you can extend the warranty period to up to 24 months.
If, contrary to expectations, you are not happy with your STEEREON , you always have the option to cancel. We will have the vehicle collected and refund the purchase price.
