Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal - vehicle shipment (forwarding goods & DHL)

If the customer withdraws from the contract, PLEV Technologies GmbH shall reimburse to the customer all payments received from the customer, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which PLEV Technologies GmbH is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The same means of payment used by the customer for the original transaction will be used for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will the customer be charged any fees for this repayment.

The vehicle will be collected by the shipping service provider. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at around EUR 90.

The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Consequences of revocation - No vehicle shipment (no forwarding goods)

If the customer withdraws from the contract, PLEV Technologies GmbH shall reimburse to the customer all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which PLEV Technologies GmbH is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The same means of payment used by the customer for the original transaction will be used for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will the customer be charged any fees for this repayment.

PLEV Technologies GmbH may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

The customer shall return or hand over the goods to PLEV Technologies GmbH without undue delay and in any case not later than within fourteen days from the day on which the customer has notified PLEV Technologies GmbH of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
